Refund policy

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any order unless there is a manufacturer defect. Submit a return or exchange request only if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • Received damaged items
  • Manufacture defects
  • Missing items from your order

    If you do not meet the above criteria, the request will be denied.

    If you believe that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must submit a request via the "Contact Us" widget on the website or email YUNANAILSTUDIO@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of receipt of the item and provide the defective Photos and packing list of the item.

    If we make a mistake with your order, we will cover all shipping and handling charges.

    Shipping charges will only be refunded if the product is defective or shipped by mistake.
